DataCore SANsymphony-V 9.0 PSP2 ist verfügbar!

Und gleich noch ein Post hinterher, weil es soviel Spaß macht. :-)

DataCore hat am 6.02.2013 die Version SANsymphony-V 9.0 PSP2 herausgebracht und folgende Neuerungen eingebaut (hier die Infos aus den Release Notes): 

1. Added support for Microsoft Windows 2012
   Da bin ich persönlich schon extrem neugierig drauf.
2. Performance Recording
   Endlich können die Performance Counter auch langfristig gespeichert und ausgewertet werden!
1. Select collection of counters & start recording
2. Add/remove counters at runtime
3. Display recorded data in Management Console
4. Performance data can be exported to CSV format
5. Local database holds up to 10 GB of recorded data
3. Multi-node support (up to 8 nodes per server group)
4. Custom Storage Profiles
1. Ability to create custom Storage Profiles
2. Controls Auto-tiering, Replication Priority and Mirror Recovery Priority
3. Unlimited number of custom profiles
4. Five pre-defined profiles are provided
5. See A Note about Upgrading and Storage Profiles below for existing configurations
5. CDP
1. Maximum CDP retention time increased to 14 days (requires additional system resources)
